Sprigster Original Botanical Infusion, Salisbury, The raw ingredients of Hops, Fennel, Rhubarb and Ginger are slow-cooked in Distilled Grain Vinegar to create the mash. The mash is then blended with a Discovery Apple reduction and English Spring Water to create the finished liquor. On the nose, earthy roast malt combines with sun-soaked orchard fruit. Grapefruit, dry cider and a warm acidity lingers on the palette. Whether you try this as a simple aperitif with dry tonic or as a versatile cocktail ingredient, flavour, tannins and texture abound.
